How can I check the status of my order?

After logging in to your account you have full access to all information about your current and past orders: status, content, address, tracking number etc. 

Current shipping status can be checked by clicking on a link, which you can find in details of your order.

How long it will take to process my order?

Orders are carried out in a maximum period of ten working days from the time of booking payment, but most items are sent within 2-3 days.
The expected date of the shipping is shown during the finalization of the order. 

All shipments are sent priority via Polish Post.

How much I have to pay for shipping?

Postallove.com can ship products worldwide. Shipping costs vary per country and continent. 

You can see total cost of delivery your order after you have added products to your basket and selected your method of delivery and payment - in the summary you'll see the precise amount payable. Depending on the weight of package and distance, shipping cost varies and starts from ~ 4€.

How can I pay for my order?

The customer can choose the following forms of payment:

  • payment by credit card or by bank transfer (PayU.pl
, PayPal)
  • payment through bank transfer (to bank account in Poland). Please contact us to obtain the account details. We recommend you verify your bank charges any fees for such transfers.

If your payment via PayPal redirected from our store failed, you can try pay after. You need to log in to your Paypal account. The second tab is the "send money" - there you have to enter our email: info@postallove.com and the amount. If you still have problmes,  contact us, we'll try to help you.

Czy mogę otrzymać fakturę VAT?

For all purchased products you'll get always a VAT invoice. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unsuccessful, unpaid orders can be canceled only through messages sent to us by email: info@postallove.com.

Can I track the status of my shipment?

Yes, you can track your shipment online by logging in to your account. On "My Orders" page you can check the details of each of your orders. After clicking on link "See details" you will get a tracking address.

Can I return the purchased products?

Detailed information about returns and refund policy are included on this page.

Can I pick up the ordered cards in person?

Unfortunately, our store carries only online selling.
