Our postcards safely reach the farthest corners of the world!

We offer our customers the following shipping methods:

1. Polish Post, priority mail

Ordered products are delivered via Polish Post as priority, unregistered shipments.

Outside Poland, delivery is carried out by the local postal operator.

This is the cheapest form of shipping, however shipments are not insured and we do not take responsibility for the possibility of them being lost or damaged during delivery.

This shipping method is available for shipments to Poland and most European countries where such situations practically never occur.

Shipments are sent once a week on Thursdays, delivery time to Poland is several days, in Europe usually up to 2 weeks and usually up to a month to other continents.

2. Polish Post, registered priority mail

Ordered products are delivered via Polish Post as priority, registered shipments.

Outside Poland, delivery is carried out by the local postal operator.

Each shipment is insured and receives a code enabling tracking through the website (outside Poland, some local postal operators do not provide detailed information).

Shipments are sent once a week on Thursdays, delivery time to Poland is several days, in Europe usually up to 2 weeks and usually up to a month to other continents.

This shipping method is available to all countries where we conduct sales.

If a shipment has not been delivered within one month for orders to Poland or two months for orders outside Poland, please contact us immediately.

Claims & complaints for lost shipments are only possible up to 6 months from the date of dispatch.

3. ORLEN Paczka

Ordered products are delivered to ORLEN Paczka pickup points within Poland.

Shipping is carried out on all days of the week.

4. Polish Post, pickup point collection

Ordered products are delivered via Polish Post as priority, registered shipments, delivered to a selected pickup point (e.g., Żabka, Post Office).

Each shipment is insured and receives a code enabling tracking through the website.

Shipments are sent once a week on Thursdays, delivery time to Poland is several days.

This shipping method is available exclusively in Poland.

5. InPost Parcel Lockers

Registered shipment to a designated InPost parcel locker within Poland.

Shipping is carried out on all days of the week.

6. FedEx

Registered express shipping with FedEx to selected countries.

Shipping is carried out on all days of the week and delivery takes 4-5 business days.

Shipping outside the European Union

For orders shipped outside the customs territory of the European Union, all customs duties, import taxes (VAT/GST or the local equivalent) and any handling fees charged by the carrier or customs authorities are payable in full by the Buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost shown at checkout; they are assessed by the customs authorities of the destination country once the parcel arrives. We have no influence over their amount and cannot estimate them in advance — please check the import regulations applicable in your country before placing an order. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the parcel being held, returned or destroyed by customs; in such cases, shipping costs and any return costs are non-refundable.
